Be Original

I received a request from Cee of Living A’ La Mode to help her spread this message. Of course, I am more than willing to do that for the sake of disseminating to the blogging world this foul act of plagiarism. Like what she’s requesting, let’s be original! (or give credit where it is due in case you copied something somewhere.)

What is Plagiarism?

According to Dictionary, Plagiarism is the unauthorized use or close imitation of the language and thoughts of another author and the representation of them as one's own original work.

To all Bloggers who exert effort to create noteworthy entries and who continue to maintain a Blog which is a reflection of who she / he is, " Good job! "

To those who have the desire to Blog but are merely scraping contents from other people' s materials, " Whether you are monetizing your site to help you with your basic needs or to satisfy some of your wants, do it the proper way. Stop making money out of someone else's work. Otherwise, you are nothing but a common thief! "

Please let's all join in spreading this message by copying and pasting on your site. Thanks so much!

Hello Tita Beng, yung copycat ko matagal na yun last year pa.. Di ko na lang pinansin kasi kakaawa naman, may mga anak pa naman although mali.. I dunno if nangangapy pa sya kasi di na ako bumibisita after the incident.

yung recent na pinaguusapan nila, i dont have any idea kung sino...

this is so true. one of the downsides of the internet is that plagiarism has become easier.

Yes, plagiarism is shameful! I normally credit the source of the photos when I use them on my blog. So I really hope others will do the same if they use my photos.

As for plagiarizing post articles, I think it's hard to stop this terrible act, but one way is to put a lot of links in your post that will direct readers back to your blog. In this way, even when people copy your post, they will normally copy the links as well and you at least get some links back to your blog.

Hi!

I'm a recent victim of this despicable act (a paid post at that). Thanks for participating and helping disseminate awareness.
