Rustom Padilla is dead and Bebe Gandang Hari (literally translated “Miss Beauty of a King) is born and here to stay forever." That's the statement given by Rustom Padilla, actor and the erstwhile husband of actress Carmina Villaroel. Rustom is the eldest brother/sister, of action star Robin Padilla. I was in a state of disbelief when I saw him walk like he/she is a ramp model fully clad in a female attire in the entertainment T.V. program Startalk.
